Anilox for Narrow Web

PROCESS & SOLID 60º
(FLUID HEX)
The Fluid HEX semi-channelled 60º engraving can be used for process and solid work on a broad range of substrates. It provides like-for-like engraving specifications to match existing 60º anilox inventories.

COMBINATION PRINT
(FLUID UV)
The Fluid UV semi-channelled combination engraving was developed for solid, tone and HD process work. This increases the work that one anilox can do, resulting in anilox inventory reduction.

TACTILE COATING
(GMX ANILOX®)
The GMX Anilox® patented engraving, with its unique shallow cell design, was created for tactile coatings, designed to address the challenges when laying down special and heaving coatings including varnish, adhesive and metallic inks.

HIGH OPACITY WHITE
(HOW)
The High Opacity White engraving was developed to deliver a superior quality opaque white for narrow web application. Conventional thinking has been replaced with an anilox that provides complete control resulting in opaque white print quality to rival that of rotary screen.
Anilox for Wide Web

HIGH VOLUME PROCESS
(HVP)
The HVP intermediate engraving combines high line counts with high volumes. Its elongated cell design allows increased print latitude compared to conventional specifications.

COMBINATION
(FLUID FP)
The Fluid FP combination semi-channelled engraving enables a controlled ink flow between cells and is designed for use in wide web flexographic print processes.

CONVENTIONAL 60°
(CLASSIC)
The Classic 60° conventional engraving is a multi-functional anilox and offers wide web printers consistent print results for both process and solid print on a broad range of substrates. The open cell structure delivers excellent release characteristics.

HIGH DEFINITION PROCESS 61°
(XPRO)
The XPRO 61° engraving was developed for Ultra HD graphics (above 525 L/cm 1333 L/inch) and complements digitally modulated/hybrid screening. Typically used with high-resolution plates, its robust cell peaks and channelled cell walls are ideal for vignette and solid Pantone colours.

TACTILE COATING
(GMX ANILOX®)
The GMX ANILOX® patented engraving with its unique shallow cell design, was created specifically for tactile coatings, designed to addresses the challenges when laying down special and heavy coatings in cluding varnish, adhesive and metallic inks.
