LABEL INSPECTION REWINDING MACHINE

Daheng Label Inspection Rewinding Machine offers full-width rotary label inspection using a high-speed color camera. It detects print and variable code defects, alerting with light and sound. Customizable inspection software can store security data and images, and configure defect handling methods.

Variable Code Inspection Features

Inspection Modes:

  • Sequence Inspection: Validates codes against a loaded data file, checking sequence, repeat codes, wrong code, no code, bad code and code sequence.
  • Existence Inspection: Confirms label codes match those in the data file, inspecting repeat, wrong, missing, or bad codes.
  • Readability Inspection: Verifies if codes are readable without a data file, checking repeat, missing, or bad codes.

Additional Features:

  • Supports inspection of sequence codes, inkjet codes, and related codes.
  • Records and generates data files for each slitting roll.
  • Produces statistical reports.
  • Optional reviewing machine and marking devices (e.g., label stickers, inkjet markers).

LABEL INLINE INSPECTION SYSTEM

Label inline inspection system is installed on full-rotary, flexo press machine to real time inspect print quality. Inspection system can be applied for quality control during printing process to avoid continuous waste. When defects are detected, system will alert operator with sound and light.
