UNISPHERE® CYLINDERS
Precision-engineered rotary embossing cylinders are available in solid brass, as well as aluminum and stainless steel options.
UniSphere® Emboss Cylinders
offer unmatched depth and detail, bringing rotary embossing closer to sheetfed quality. We also offer unique texturing tooling that provides a cost-effective way to produce a high-end product without the burden of expensive substrates.
UniSphere® Hot Stamping
can engrave finite to broad area foil images, all within the highest of tolerances

ECONOFOIL® 2mm SLEEVES/MANDRELS
Econofoil® 2mm is a revolutionary hot stamping product that reduces costs and improves efficiency. It features a customizable die sleeve that fits onto a reusable, affordable mandrel, with a 2mm wide seam for more flexibility in artwork and increased repeat capacity.
- Made from a copper and steel-backed metal, the sleeves offer the right balance of flexibility and rigidity.
- Weighing less than 5 lbs., they are easy to handle and store.
- Econofoil® 2mm die sleeves cost 40-60% less than engraved brass cylinders and run on affordable aluminum mandrels, offering a cost-effective solution without compromising performance.
FLATBED DIES
Narrow Web Solution
We specialize in high-quality engraved brass and copper dies for hot stamping and embossing, including multi-level and sculptured designs. Our copper dies offer fine detail, durability (94 HRF hardness), quick heat recovery, and heat compensation for perfect fit and registration. We also provide mounting holes for narrow web rotary machines, plus enhanced performance with the NW UniLock-Up® system and NW SpeedChase. Our brass dies are perfect for multi-level and special bevel embossing.
Sheet Fed Solution
Universal Engraving offers high-quality brass and copper dies for sheet fed applications, known for their precision and durability. Our brass dies are crafted from a special alloy, ideal for multi-level, sculptured, or bevel designs, with the ability to handle over 1 million impressions. Our copper dies, made from a proprietary alloy, are photoetched for fine detail and heat quickly, making them perfect for foil stamping and single-level embossing. Both types of dies offer exceptional longevity, intricate detail, and high performance in various applications such as security enhancements and letterpress.
UNIFRAXION® & TEXTURE DIES
Unifraxion® Engraved Dies add depth, light, and movement to labels, packaging, brochures, and more using metallic hot stamping foil and fine engraved line patterns. Available for narrow web flatbed and sheet-fed applications, Unifraxion® offers a variety of stock patterns or custom designs tailored to your needs.
Texture Engraved Dies bring designs to life with tactile effects, enhancing products with wood, fur, brick, lace, and more. These textures work with hot stamping foil, metalized paper/board, or embossing dies. Choose from our stock library or create a custom texture for a unique finish.
