The PLUS-330/420 systems are modular in design, so that each machine can be tailored to meet your needs and create a clear, competitive advantage for your business. Nearly all modules can be combined, and it is also possible to fit multiple flexo, screen or die-cut modules into one machine. Each module features independent tension control, and an independent step-and-repeat, with a sensor for re-registration. This creates maximum flexibility, more ways to optimize productivity and minimize tooling costs. The modern movable touchscreen user interface is operator friendly and easy to use.

The Rhyguan PLUS-330/420 systems are modular in design, so that each machine can be tailored to meet your needs and create a clear, competitive advantage for your business.
Nearly all modules can be combined, and it is also possible to fit multiple flexo, screen or die-cut modules into one machine. Each module features independent tension control, and an independent step-and-repeat, with a sensor for re-registration. SEMI/FULL ROTARY DIE CUTTING
Semi/full rotary die-cutting unit with a Z204 magnetic cylinder, Z106 anvil and counter pressure roller. Very easy to re-use die-plates designed for full rotary small cylinders. Optionally add an adjustable anvil, pressure dials or through-cutting to output shingles on a conveyor belt
SEMI/FULL ROTARY FLEXO
Easy to use with the standard ‘’flower’’system. In register printing or varnishing. Standard with a Z204 print cylinder and a varnish cylinder. A Chill-drum, UV curing and / or IR/hotair, cold-foil can all be fitted onto the same module.
LAMINATION IN REGISTER
Laminate pre-printed web onto the main (pre-printed) web in perfect register. Separate tension control of both layers to be laminated and control over the lamination angle allow for a wide range of media to be laminated with precision and prefect tension.
FLATBED SILKSCREEN
For challenging silkscreen inks and jobs. An automatic suction box ensures precision and stability of the media. Servo controlled blades provide stable positioning and pressure over long runs. Movable UV curing system. Frame height, frame angle, doctor blade angle are easy to set.
SILK FOIL
Warm lamination after the silkscreen enables beautiful silk-foil applications. Digitally controlled temperature, adjustable foil angle, separate control over foil and media tensions allow.
GLUE SIDE PRINTING
Semi/full rotary printing on the glue-side. Re-lamination, with control over the lamination angle. Integrated turn-bar and optionally add extra drives to enable usage of sensitive stretchable face-materials.
EMBOSSING
40T(optionally 60T) heavy duty embossing unit suitable for the heaviest blind embossing jobs. Can be combined with special NIP rollers with rollers that can be positioned in between the embossing spots to keep depth and perception. Also suitable for flatbed die-cutting.
HEAVY DUTY HOTFOIL
Enough power for high quality hotfoil, relief and micro embossing all in one step using 300×330/420mm tooling. This module is housed in a frame with 85mm thick solid steel and a solid 40T(optionally 60T) of servo pressure. Very stable with electronic temperature control, separate speed and dwell time control, full separation of daily pressure adjustment and periodic leveling. Suitable for foiling across and along the web with foil saving always included. Standard suitable for upto 6 lanes of foil. Upgrade to achieve a maximum of 6 independently positioned hologram reels.
