SOLUTION
ICLEAN WASH 01
UV Flexo, Water Based, Varnish (Non-Alcohol)
Application:
- Solution cleaner for UV flexo based, Waterbased and Varnish
- Can be used with the following surfaces: rubber, plastic, stainless steel alloys, photopolymer plates and anilox rollers
- Can be used for other cleaning purposes such as painted or varnished surfaces and for anilox rollers on coating units
- ICLEAN WASH 01 works well when used in an ultrasonic cleaning machine or in a parts washer. It can also be used heated or unheated.
ICLEAN WASH 02
UV Flexo, Offset, Varnish (Alcohol)
Application:
- Solution cleaner for UV flexo, UV offset and Varnish
- Can be used for anilox rollers, photopolymer plates, Stainless steel alloys, rubber, plastic and other cloth materials
- Does not cause swelling of photopolymer plates or corrosion of stainless steel, steel and ceramic
- Do not contain abrasive agents which will mar/scratch the Surface of the rollers
ICLEAN WASH 03
Ultrasonic
Used an ultrasonic cleaner to remove ink and varnish stains that are deeply in the Anilox cell, which are difficult to wash with conventional methods. And the special properties of the liquid will prevent the washed ink stains from coming back to the Anilox cell again.
SPONGE
An anilox sponge is a non-abrasive, absorbent tool for manual cleaning, removing ink and debris from roller cells. Used with cleaning solutions, it maintains roller condition for consistent ink transfer and print quality.
ULTRASONIC CLEANER
Uses high-frequency sound waves to remove contaminants. For anilox rollers, it clears dried ink and debris, restoring cell volume for optimal ink transfer and print quality.
