UV LED curing systems
GEW’s UV LED curing systems use ultraviolet light-emitting diodes (UV LEDs) as the primary light source. These LEDs are assembled on specialised circuit boards – named LED modules. Multiple modules combine to create light arrays which can vary from 15cm to 250cm in length. GEW offers different UV LED product form factors, power levels and wavelength ranges to satisfy many different application requirements.
AeroLED2
AeroLED2 is GEW’s next generation, higher power, air-cooled UV LED curing system for label and narrow web applications up to 70cm wide, with a UV irradiance of up to 26W / cm2.
LeoLED2
LeoLED2 is GEW’s next generation, water-cooled, highest power UV LED curing system, with a UV irradiance of up to 44W / cm², and is designed for the toughest applications.

UV lamp curing systems
GEW’s UV lamp curing systems use medium pressure mercury vapour lamps as the UV light source. Depending on power level, length of lamp and form factor required, GEW have various lamp systems with different cooling methods to meet a vast array of UV irradiation applications.
E2C
The most efficient air-cooled UV lamp curing system in its class. At 140W/cm, E2C is the de-facto standard UV product installed on many of the world’s leading web printing presses with over 30,000 units produced.
E2C HP
E2C HP comprises an E2C UV lamp cassette housed in a larger casing to enable more air cooling and thus more power (up to 180W/cm). Perfect for high speed or low migration print applications up to 80cm lamp width.
E4C
Compact water or air-cooled UV lamp cassette for print and industrial applications. Up to 220W/cm with a width up to 170cm, it’s perfect for web or sheetfed applications. E4C is the pinnacle of GEW engineering.
NUVA2 HP
Fully air-cooled, NUVA2 HP is a high powered lamp cassette perfect for inkjet final cure or highly demanding print applications where space is available. Available up to 240W/cm and 60cm arc length.
NUVA2
Fully air-cooled UV curing up to 250cm wide, NUVA2 is perfect for wide web coating and specialist industrial applications. Up to 27kW total power, NUVA2 is available with a wide range of customization and integration options.

UV & UV lab units
GEW designs and manufactures UV laboratory equipment, or UV lab units, for use in research & development and press room facilities. LED and mercury arc lamp variants are available immediately from stock while custom laboratory units can be manufactured to meet a wide range of requirements using any combination of GEW’s production UV systems.
